If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a Vetericyn product you may return the product along with original receipt for a full refund or replacement product if you do not have the receipt. To initiate a refund or exchange, please follow these simple steps:
Contact Innovacyn customer service to submit your claim and request an RGA# (Returned Goods Authorization). Returned merchandise must be accompanied by an RGA#. RGA’s are valid for 30 days. You can reach customer service via email or phone:
After your RGA# is approved, we will issue a return label via email or regular mail. Once you receive your pre-paid return label, package and ship your product along with a copy of your original receipt to Innovacyn.
Note: with a valid receipt, you may opt to be reimbursed for purchase price OR choose a like replacement product. Without a valid receipt, you can choose a like replacement product.
We’ll take care of the rest.
Once we receive your package we will issue your refund or ship you the replacement product of your choice.
