Most orders ship within 24-48 hours. Orders placed Friday after 11:00 AM (PT) will ship the following Monday. Orders placed on observed holidays will ship within 24-48 hours of our next business day. FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders in the United States under the free shipping threshold ship for a flat rate of $8.95. Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours using UPS Ground. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
FREE SHIPPING
Orders in the United States meeting a minimum amount will receive free shipping. Minimum order amount for free shipping is subject to change. Current minimum is displayed on the website and during the checkout process.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS
Vetericyn products are backed by a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with an Vetericyn product, you may return it for a refund or exchange. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by an RGA# that can be obtained by calling customer service and submitting a claim. RGA’s are valid for 30 days.
1. Merchandise can only be exchanged for like product if a receipt is not present. With a valid receipt, customer may opt for a like replacement product OR be reimbursed for purchase price.
2. Vetericyn will cover shipping and handling costs for any product replacements to end user.
