Scheduling
Orders are scheduled based on the date of your initial purchase. For example, if you sign up for a monthly subscription on September 30, your next order will be processed on October 30.
Eligibility
Vetericyn subscribe & save is only available on select products to customers shipping to addresses in the United States. You may not assign or transfer your Subscription or any of the benefits to any third party without our expressed consent.
All returns under Subscribe & Save are subject to the Vetericyn return policy. Subscribe & Save subscriptions are void where prohibited.
Payment, Renewal, Cancellation
The total cost charged to your payment method for each Subscribe & Save order will be the cost of the item on the day that order is processed less the Subscribe & Save discount, plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charge. Your first shipment will be processed immediately after receiving payment. All future orders will be automatically processed monthly, every 6 weeks, or every other month depending on the frequency you choose.
The charge for each Subscribe & Save item shipment will be billed to the payment method used to create your subscription. Shipping will be to the address you provide on the day the subscription is created. If we are unable to complete your Subscribe & Save order with the payment method your order will be cancelled and we will contact you to update your payment method.
Your subscription will remain in effect until it is cancelled. You can cancel at any time by logging in to your account or by contacting customerservice@innovacyn.com. If you cancel your subscription and then reactivate it, you will pay the current Subscribe & Save price.
Agreement Changes
We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms, (including all applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the vetericyn.com website), without notice to you. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION/S.
