HYDROGEL PRIMING & CLOGGING TROUBLESHOOTING

If you are having trouble getting hydrogel to spray from the bottle, please try the steps below. If these steps do not work, please contact us for more help.

How to Prime the 3oz & 8oz Hydrogel Pump Sprayer
  1. Depress the pump sprayer.
  2. Keeping the pump sprayer depressed, shake the bottle firmly 3-5 times in any direction.
  3. Release the sprayer.
  4. Pump the sprayer a few times and gel should begin to dispense.

Note: The steps above may need to be repeated more than once.

3oz & 8oz Hydrogel Pump Clogging Troubleshooting
  1. Please try wiping or rinsing the nozzle with warm water. Build-up can from around the tip and cause blockage. If rinsing does not work, please try step 2.
  2. Carefully insert a needle into the hole at the tip of the sprayer where the product is released from. Try to remove any hardened material to free up the area so the hydrogel can flow freely. Please be careful using any sharp object as you can injure yourself or damage the product sprayer or bottle.

Note: After every use, the sprayer tip should be turned to the off position to help prevent build-up from occuring.

16oz Hydrogel Clogging Troubleshooting
