NUREMBERG, Germany, May 29, 2014 – At the Interzoo conference today, Innovacyn debuted its new 90mL Vetericyn Wound & Skin Care spray. Dubbed the “Traveler,” this size is perfect for first-aid kits, air travel, parks and hikes. The Traveler is packaged in kits that include eight bottles and a convenient counter-top POP display. Vetericyn’s line of one-step wound and skin care sprays, launched in 2009, are sold in pet stores, feed and tack stores, and via veterinarians in 21 countries.
At the company’s Interzoo stand (#3-107), Vetericyn will also be showcasing its new Power Wing display unit, which comes pre-packaged with 15 units of the Traveler (90mL) products, and can be restocked with a variety of Vetericyn sprays and gels.
“Our Traveler spray allows on-the-go care for scratches, wounds and skin irritations. It’s a great size to keep in your car or backpack so you always have Vetericyn on hand to deal with your pet’s scrapes and scratches,” said Brian Costigan, EMEA manager of Innovacyn.
A new product for veterinarians will also be on display. The company’s vet-specific line, Vetericyn VF, gets a boost with a new counter-top unit that houses 12 60-mL bottles of the VF Wound & Skin Care spray. This convenient and affordable size helps ensure good at-home follow-up care for surgical incisions, wounds and skin irritations.
In addition, Innovacyn sees Interzoo as a great opportunity to expand its network of distributors. “We see tremendous international growth potential for Vetericyn and welcome the opportunity to meet with new contacts who can help us launch and support our animal health care products in additional markets,” said Troy Simmons, Innovacyn’s director of business development. “In particular, we hope to leave the show with new partners who can bring Vetericyn to Germany, France and Italy.”
