RIALTO, CALIF. (January 26, 2011): Innovacyn Inc., a Southern California-based healthcare
company announces that Robert (Rob) Polak has joined the company and will serve as its
Midwest account manager. He will be responsible for sales of the company’s Vetericyn® and
Puracyn™ products in Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, and Kansas.
“Rob brings a wealth of experience in the animal health industry that will be invaluable to
helping build and strengthen the Vetericyn brand,” says Dave Mills, General Manager at
Innovacyn, Inc. “Rob will be responsible for sales of both over-the-counter (OTC) Vetericyn
products, the Vetericyn VF line of veterinary products and Puracyn products for the human
health market. We are excited to have him as a member of our growing team of animal and
human healthcare industry professionals.”
In addition to product sales, Polak also will conduct sales training, provide dealer support and
attend trade shows and distributor sales meetings in his region.
Prior to joining Innovacyn, Polak worked for Professional Veterinary Products as a vendor
relations coordinator, marketing veterinary medical equipment and instruments. In addition, he
coordinated numerous trade shows and revitalized the company’s trade show marketing
strategy. He also served as a vocational program manager at Bethphage (now called Mosaic).
Polak is a 1993 graduate of the University of Nebraska in Omaha, where he earned a bachelor’s
degree in sociology. He earned a second degree in sales and marketing management at the
same institution in 2010.
